• CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

The arrival day, the rooms will be to your disposition from 2:30 p.m.

The room will stay reserved until 12,00 hrs following the day of planned arrival.

• CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

The conditions in case of cancellation are:

- nothing will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking.

- payment will be effected at the arrival of the stay.

- in case of cancellation: until 15 days before the stay nothing will be deducted from your credit card and the deposit will be returned in full.

- in case of cancellation: inside 15 days before the stay, cost for one night will be charged.

- in case of no show without notification, the total amount will be deducted from the credit card or the amount of the deposit will be withheld (credit transfer or money order).

- in case of no show without notification, the room will stay reserved until 12,00 hrs following the day of planned arrival.

- an unplanned, earlier departure must be notified at arrival, to avoid paying the full amount.

• NUMBER OF PEOPLE

• CLEANINGS

The cleanings of the rooms have been being effected to her times for the hours 11:00 15:00. In this interval the guests have to leave the room free, if they remains in room and the access for the cleanings it is not possible, these are postponed a following day. It is possible, to ask, other schedules.
